Our prices are in AUD and include GST so make sure when comparing prices you compare apples with apples.

The price shown with the "strike through" is our supplier's Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery* to any Australian address for every product featured on our website if you spend over $150. If you don’t spend over $150, don’t stress, it’s just a small $15 delivery fee to have the goods sent to your door anywhere in Australia in a few days.

Best Price Guarantee & Requirements of a Price Match

If you find a welding helmet cheaper through any Australian retailer or Australian online shop we promise we will match it if we can.

Requirements for a price match:

  • Product must be identical, brand new and in original packaging.
  • Product must be in stock and available
  • Retailer must be Australian and an approved reseller (no auctions, group buying sites, daily deals sites, grey imports, whole sale distributors, Ebay etc)
  • Product must be listed on the Welding Helmets Online website.
  • The price you want us to match must be publicly advertised and currently available to the public (auctions and buy it now pricing excluded).
  • Price must include all costs including any shipping charges and taxes. If the advertised price is for pick-up only we reserve the right to charge a delivery service fee.
  • We look at the final price. That means all fees, taxes and shipping costs.

Return Policy

Welding Helmets Online offers every customer a courtesy return if they want to exchange products purchased incorrectly provided the:

  • Customer notifies Welding Helmets Online within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Products are not used and are still in pristine condition
  • Original packaging is not damaged
  • All returns are at the discretion of Welding Helmets Online

Even though we always keep our website up-to-date and current sometimes a small mistake may slip through. This happens when you deal with hundreds of small spare parts. Therefore we need to say that all product images on the Welding Helmets Online website may vary from the actual product. All typographical errors are subject to correction. Please note that images are only to be used as a point of reference and may not be indicative, in any way, of the actual product. Don't stress, this is just to cover us on the off-chance that we make an error and charge $1.00 for a top of the line welding helmet because we slipped up!
