Welding Fume Extraction Systems & Accessories
Welding fume extraction captures fume at the source, helping keep it out of your welders' breathing zone and the workshop air. We carry two types: on-gun extraction and portable local extraction.
On-gun extraction draws fume away at the welding gun and starts and stops automatically. Choose the Translas 8XE systems, in 250A and 400A versions with single-gun or two-person dual-gun options, or the Nederman 860 with Translas gun kits, a 16 kg portable unit you carry to the job.
Portable local extraction places a flexible arm or nozzle close to the weld. The Plymovent disposable-filter unit suits light welding, while the self-cleaning single-arm and dual-arm units suit TIG, MIG, MMA and flux-core welding. The Nederman 860 (FPS180) works with an extraction nozzle or on-gun extraction.
