In January 2024 Work Health and Safety Ministers agreed to change legislation in Australia about Welding Fume Workplace Exposure Standard from 5mg/m³ down to 1mg/m³.
The AeroGuard monitor provides detailed insight into the extent of welding fume exposure in your workshop.
Not only does the system measure welding fume (particulate matter), AeroGuard is also equipped with a diverse array of sensors and it monitors other airborne pollutants and climate factors that impact your comfort and wellbeing.

Once you set up your AeroGuard correctly, you have the option to define a single metric along with a specified threshold value and be perpetually updated on the contaminant that matters most to you.
AeroGuard allows you to understand the quality of the air in your workshop. If the indoor air quality exceeds this threshold, AeroGuard can initiate an activation signal to an external system like an alert

Not only is the Adflo good for the lungs, it’s also much cooler and less sweaty wearing this mask compared to a non air-fed mask.
Andrew is also a top bloke, I phoned him on a Saturday and the helmet arrived in Darwin just over a week from ordering it.
