The Speedglas G5-01 VC Heavy Duty Flip Up Welding Helmet with Adflo PAPR is the highly anticipated and newest welding helmet with PAPR from the team that invented the auto darkening welding helmet.

This helmet is designed for heavy welders and has a range of new features not previously seen - including the ability to choose one of three colour tones for dark state shades, ability to direct airflow to different areas of the helmet, slimmer design easier for confined spaces, additional comfort features in the harness and an optional light for the front of the helmet.

The G501 also comes with a range of new spares making it a very versatile helmet and gives the welder the ability to either reduce the weight/size of the helmet, or increase their protection by adding extra head protection.

G1-05vc 3M speedglas adflow welding helmet has to be one of the best purchases I've made in my career as a boilermaker absolutely love it wish I had done it years ago.

Just did a solid week gouging and welding wearing this mask at Groote Eylandt mine in the NT, 38 degrees and very humid pretty much every day, not only is the ADFLO good for the lungs, it’s also much cooler and less sweaty wearing this mask compared to a non air fed mask, should have bought one years ago. Andrew is also a top bloke, I phoned him on a Saturday to ask a few questions before ordering and he was more than helpful and got it out the door quickly to me, arriving in Darwin just over a week from ordering it, will be recommending him to lots of other boilermakers. I'm sorry I didn't buy this helmet years ago! It's easy and conformable to wear once on you hardly notice it the back pack, the safety glass is very clear and good wide vision. Feel good on way home after work, no red face. I don't get dirty and breathing clean air makes a big difference, don't get tired any more. Long life battery. Good for all types of welding. I've been wearing this helmet for many weeks now and found no down side to this product , it should be compulsory for the industry.

I brought 2 of this welding helmet Promo and in a very hurry situation. The helmet is awesome not as heavy as the 9100fx, however I had to get use to it in order to no get pain in my neck. “ it may be different situation for everyone I guess “Secondly , The team is also very reliable, easygoing and quicker to send the product. This website is also one of the cheapest places that I have found in Australia so far, providing also great prices and discounts. Absolutely recommend!
